Shaft Correction

A bent shaft in an EV hub motor can cause misalignment between the stator and rotor, leading to physical damage to the rotor magnets and eventual powertrain failure. At SEB, we use advanced diagnostic tools to accurately detect the exact point of shaft deformation, allowing our technicians to perform highly precise corrections. In cases where the shaft has completely disengaged from the stator flange at the weld seam, we perform re-welding and realignment to ensure zero runout, restoring the shaft to its optimal operating condition and preventing further motor damage.
